We are committed to delivering your order safely and carefully.

Processing Time

Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

This processing period does not include transit time after shipment.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within Japan and to the United States.

Shipping Rates

Japan

All prefectures except Hokkaido and Okinawa:

• Orders under ¥10,000: ¥870

• Orders of ¥10,000 or more: Free shipping

Hokkaido:

• Orders under ¥10,000: ¥1,730

• Orders of ¥10,000 or more: ¥860

Okinawa:

• Orders under ¥10,000: ¥1,420

• Orders of ¥10,000 or more: ¥550

For orders of ¥10,000 or more shipped to Hokkaido or Okinawa, we cover ¥870 of the shipping fee. The remaining amount is charged at checkout.

No additional remote-island surcharge applies. Shipping rates are based on the destination prefecture.

United States

Shipping & import fees are US$30.00 per order for packages weighing up to 2 kg. Orders shipping to the United States are limited to 2 items in total per order, including any combination of caps and T-shirts.

Delivery Times

Transit times vary depending on the destination and shipping service. International deliveries may also be affected by customs clearance.

The processing period stated above is separate from transit time. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Customs & Duties

For orders shipped to the United States, the US$30 shipping & import fee includes shipping, customs duties, and import clearance fees. GO!!MORE covers these import charges, so customers will not be asked to pay them upon delivery.

Any applicable U.S. sales tax is separate and will be shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will assist you in investigating the issue and arranging an appropriate resolution.
